Local markets are the perfect place to shop for everyone on your list. From crafts to last-minute ideas, here are some of the best upcoming holiday markets around Philadelphia.

City Cast Philly host Trenae Nuri, executive producer Matt Katz, and producer Abby Fritz will be at the Art Star Craft Bazaar giving away some swag on Saturday Nov. 22, so come say hi!

🗓️ Nov. 22-23

📍 Event Center at Rivers Casino

Shop from more than 80 vendors, snack on breakfast and lunch options, and get some new pieces from Fabiola Lara’s Mini Art Print Vending Machine.

🗓️ Nov. 21-22

📍 Bok Building

This two-day event has a stacked lineup of vendors selling artisan goods, vintage clothes, antiques, and more. There’s probably something for everyone on your list.

🗓️ Nov. 22

📍 NextFab

The fifth installment of the gift market promises to be bigger than ever with over 80 vendors and its first interactive zone where you can “make and take” your own crafty gift. Bonus points for the great food and drink lineup.

🗓️ Nov. 22

📍 Taller Puertoriqueño

Shop holiday decor, books, and handmade accessories from local Latine makers. Plus, you just know the food is going to be delicious.

🗓️ Nov. 29

📍 Bok Building

Bok is celebrating Small Business Saturday with an expanded lineup of in-house vendors and makers from around the city. You’ll find vintage goods, holiday crafts, and other local goodies.

🗓️ Nov. 30

📍 Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History

The Weitzman’s annual market brings together a lovely collection of independent artists and delicious food at a range of price points. Personally, I’d go anywhere there’s Popcorn for the People.

🗓️ Dec. 5

📍 Black Hound Clay Studio South

For those of us with a pottery obsession, buying ceramics as gifts is the best way to indulge without overfilling the cupboards. The studio will also have a hot cocoa bar to go with your guilt-free shopping.

🗓️ Dec. 6

📍 American Swedish Historical Museum

This is the outdoor holiday market of the season, featuring deli items, live music, and holiday treats from the Swedish Christmas Café. Don’t worry, the outdoor tent will be heated.

🗓️ Dec. 6-7

📍 Crane Arts

If you’ve ever daydreamed about owning an Eames Lounge Chair, you’ve come to the right place. Pinterest doesn’t hold a candle to the vintage pieces you’ll find at this market.

🗓️ Dec. 6

📍 The Resource Exchange

Reduce, reuse, reFlea! The Resource Exchange is gathering local remakers and DIY creatives breathing new life into older items. It’s perfect for those who want to shop sustainably.

🗓️ Dec. 6

📍 Bok Building

If you have a friend who loves to knit or sew (it’s me, I’m that friend) this is where you’ll find the perfect gift. There will be more than 50 vendors selling yarn, textiles, dyes, and other handmade goodies.

🗓️ Dec. 6

📍 Staribolt

This market will feature 21 of Philly’s “finest weirdos” selling some of the coolest art you’ll ever see. Because we could all use a bit more color on our walls.

🗓️ Dec. 13

📍 Bok Building

The makers at Bok will be on hand for all of your last-minute gifting needs, even for those hard-to-shop-for friends.

🗓️ Dec. 13

📍 Calvary Center

West Philly Bizarre has become a destination for shopping local, so their first-ever holiday market is sure to be a good one. There will be music, food, and lounge spaces for your mid-shopping break.

🗓️ Dec. 13

📍 Fleisher Art Memorial

The annual craft market is a must-visit for unique gifts, no matter the budget. This year will highlight local artists, Fleisher’s 127th Annual Adult Student Exhibition, and vendors from El Mercado Cultural program.

🗓️ Dec. 14

📍 Bok Building

Pick up gifts from local trans, non-binary, and gender expansive artists. Entry is $5 and a portion will go to Wealth Redistribution Group, a Philly organization supporting Black trans neighbors. Note that face coverings and a negative COVID test are required to enter.

🗓️ Dec. 20

📍 Philadelphia Brewing Co.

Whether you’ve procrastinated or just need some last minute gifts, the South Philly Handmade Brigade has you covered with local art, jewelry, and more.
