Philly's Surprising New Plan To Curb Illegal Gun Sales
Mayor Cherelle Parker just signed a new law targeted at reducing shootings in the city and it’s believed to be the first in the nation. Mensah Dean, staff writer at The Trace, talks with host Trenae Nuri to break down why this practice is rampant in Philly and the legal vulnerabilities at play.
