A Mexican food renaissance is happening in Philly. Chefs at restaurants like Amá, Condesa, and Sor Ynez are telling stories of culture through food by reimagining traditional dishes and curating unique restaurant experiences. Host Trenae Nuri sits down with food contributor Alisha Miranda to discuss why Philly has such a vibrant Mexican food scene. Then, they go on a tour around town to Miranda’s favorite spots for Mexican food.
