City Council is in the middle of hearings over the mayor’s proposed budget, and Councilmember Jamie Gauthier, who represents the 3rd District, says there’s a lot of things she’s excited about. Host Trenae Nuri sat down with her in her City Hall office to discuss why she’s excited about the $800M proposed investment in housing, keeping streets safe and pushing back on Washington politics.
