Philadelphia Tenants Union

The Philadelphia Tenants Union is a tenant-led organization advocating for renters’ rights through direct action and policy change. PTU teaches a monthly, interactive eviction defense workshop covering what legal and illegal actions landlords may take during an eviction and what renters can do to protect themselves.

The union will also be running its annual tenant organizing conference on March 28 at Asian Arts Initiative.

Tenant Union Representatives Network

TURN’s services include webinars on landlord-tenant issues, discounted inspections, background checks on a landlord and/or property, a weekly virtual eviction defense clinic, and a weekly virtual repair clinic.
